When the news first breaks, there is always the same shocked disbelief - who would ever have thought that their vibrant teenager, newborn baby, friend, or partner would ever be affected by cancer? The harsh reality is that we never know who may become a victim of cancer and experience its devastating effects. Taking action is not only benefitting those affected by cancer at the present time; it is a potential lifeline for every person, YOU investing in your own future.
This is the idea behind Ezer Mizion “Giving Back Lives” - we need to ensure that despite our uncertainty about who may need our help, we are able to give it – BUT WE CANNOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU.
As of January 1, 2011, the Registry has grown to include 552,064 potential donors. THIS STILL IS NOT ENOUGH! We need to be in the position to give everyone back their lives.
